UDYZ/EVN Zvartnots International Airport Ground Handling Services & Permits

UDYZ ground handling services

Our team arranges ramp, passenger and turnaround handling for movements through Armenia. The handling company on the stand is assigned for your movement, so it is confirmed by operations rather than listed here in advance.

UDYZ landing and overflight permit requirements

Block, annual and seasonal permits are arranged where the authority issues them and the schedule justifies one. The desk confirms what this country allows for your operation.

Can Airways arrange a diplomatic flight permit for Armenia? Diplomatic and state-flight clearances are arranged with the relevant ministry as well as the civil aviation authority. Lead times differ from civil permits and are confirmed per movement.

UDYZ aviation fuel arrangements

Our team arranges the uplift and coordinates it against the handling and the slot. Grade and availability are confirmed for your movement rather than stated here.

UDYZ customs and immigration

Advance passenger information is submitted where the country requires it, as part of the same request as the permit.

UDYZ cargo flight handling

Our team supervises cargo movements and coordinates the handling, customs and documentation around them. What applies at this aerodrome is confirmed for your movement.

UDYZ crew hotel options

Our team books crew rest and passenger accommodation near the aerodrome against duty limits and the next departure. Specific properties are confirmed with the request rather than listed here.

UDYZ flight catering

In-flight catering is ordered against the cabin, the sector and the passengers on board, and delivered in step with the turnaround.

Documents required for UDYZ operations

What is required differs by state, by movement and by service, so there is no single set of documents. The desk tells you exactly what applies once we have the schedule and the aircraft.
