Customs and Immigration

Permits and regulatory

• Overflight permits

For every state on the route, against that state's own lead time.

• Landing permits

With the supporting documentation each authority asks for.

• Block, annual and seasonal permits

Where the schedule repeats, or where it was never fixed.

• Diplomatic flight permits and coordination

For government, state and military movements.

• APIS submission

Advance passenger information filed where the state requires it.

• Customs and immigration coordination

Clearance arranged with the border authorities at each stop.

• Airport slots and PPR

Requested and held where the aerodrome requires them.

We deal with the authority so your crew does not have to.

Ramp, passenger handling and the turnaround at the stand.

• Jet A-1, 100LL and AVGAS supply

Uplift arranged and released at the stand, against the schedule.

• Flight dispatch and flight planning support

Computerised planning, filing, weather and NOTAM briefing.

• On-ground supervision

Cargo, passenger and VIP/VVIP movements supervised on the ramp.

• Aircraft turnaround and operational support

Everything the stop needs, coordinated against one schedule.

Crew and passenger support
