Do I need an overflight permit for Qatar?
Aircraft not registered in an ICAO contracting state and not covered with bilateral Air Transport Agreement with the State of Qatar, must obtain prior permission to overfly the territory of the State of Qatar from the QCAA at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the intended flight taking place.
